We don’t mass-produce love. Each piece is made when you order it. Most arrive within 1–3 weeks, and we promise it will be worth the wait.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Love letters travel fast. If we haven’t started making or packing your order yet, we can usually update the address — just email us right away.
